The subject line of the email should be "Refund Request – Transaction Id", and you must include your subscription details (name, email address, transaction id, subscription date, etc.).
2.3. Refund Conditions: Refunds will be processed only within 3 days after the subscription period ends. Any refund requests received after this 3-day period will not be considered.
If your refund request is approved, 65% of the subscription fee (Rs. 325) will be refunded to the original payment method used for the subscription. Refunds will not be provided if you have been provided with a job within the 90-day period or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
